• Sessions will be conducted from 7:00AM - 8:00AM includes 30 minutes of healing and 30 minutes of discussion.

• No yoga, no workout, no exercises will be done. 

• Rest of the day you will be engaged in activities provided in Retreat Highlights such as Intro to Bali Culture, Art and Culture Shopping Tour,  Charity Inclusion, Sudamala Rice Field Walk and Subak/Rice Temple Talk, Signature Balinese Massage , etc and moreover you will have time to explore on your own as well
